I hope they make Summer League in MyLeague/GM a way to develop/upgrade your rookies & sophomores before the season starts instead of just more games to play.

Now that you mention, that's probably what they're do. There's no way they have enough disk space to include 100 different college arenas, fan models, jerseys, commentators, storylines, tournament games, etc. The story will probably just start with some interactive cut scenes and dialogue which will eventually turn into a school decision. Then there will be some workaround to actually playing your college career i.e. you choose your player archetype which dictates how they play and how well they do. Each archetype is loaded with different pros/cons (fast starter - great college and early NBA career, but low potential/longevity or slow starter - the opposite) and it simulates.

Again, that's just too much for them to handle. I wouldn't be interested in playing all that anyway. Too small scale.

They'll probably only have you play in the NCAA finals and have a chance to win a college chip and then it's off to the NBA where the real game starts. Maybe one intro HS game too.

Also likely. Also may only have a small selection of schools to choose from.

Depends if they have a deal worked out with those schools. EA's exclusivity deal with the NCAA expired in June 2014 and the NCAA said they wouldn't renew, however EA can still make college games using those schools if the schools decide to work with them. Just won't be under the NCAA umbrella.

I assume it works the same way for basketball and 2K if they wanted.

I agree. Honestly I don't even care about the music. Just fix the game. No one needs all of the big names curating music, get a local dj, get songs that play in the actual arena and chill. Just give us a awesome game(gameplay) wise and I'll be happy.

I'm like 100% sure we won't actually play in college games.... it'll be all events type game play, like that 2k10 MyPlayer DLC with D Rose on the cover

It has nothing to do with laziness. When someone signs a contract to do color for a game, it is usually a multi-year thing. They recorded a 3-man booth. Clark, Marv, Kerr. They can't just TAKE Kerr out of the game.

I hope this has my association mode. Thats the only thing I played in the past. I usually get it every year.But when the ps4 came out with 2k14 it didn't have that mode, so I skipped 2k15 also.

:lol: thought I was the only one.

I actually turn the commentator volume all the way down and increase Player Chatter, Crowd Noise, and Sound Effects and the other ones and then just throw some music on my laptop :lol:
