It's called effort and attention to detail

We get it you don't care if they skimp on game modes year after year because you don't play em meanwhile u jump to 2K's defense every chance you get

But I don't know if you've noticed they keep touting it year after year as a selling point and then fail to deliver the goods

I hate to break it to you but everyone doesn't buy 2K to play what and how you want them to
 
I care about actual gameplay. Live putting time and effort in a tattoo parlor means nothing.

And I love how you said I endorse skimping on game mkdes. Never once have I said anything g remotely close to that.

Theres more to the product than gameplay

I don't play online but it doesn't mean I'm gonna ignore how awful 2ks servers are

I don't play myteam I think it's stupid but I also don't think they should be allowed to half *** it just because I don't play it

That's always been your shtick tho

Act like nobody should be playing it so you can gloss over glaring flaws in a game mode they continue to tout every year even going as far as to bring spike lee in for whatever reason

2k definitely has to improve an already solid gameplay first and foremost. That's the bread and butter.

But The reason people complain about asthetics and the "little things" is because it SHOULD be something that's already taken care of. They leave out some of the simplest ****, then tout it as a selling point a year or two later.

Like on the first week release of 2k14 for next gen, different body proportions were in the game. They patched it, and took it out.....then presented it to us in 2yrs as something "new". It's annoying when you clearly see that a company has the ability to do something minor that will affect the overall product greatly, but chooses not to.
 
You must be blind because when you listed the things that you didn't like about the series I went one by and agreed with many of your points. I guess you forgot that. Go back and read since you claim I am turning a blind eye
 
The ONLY thing I joke with yall about is accessories but I have never said anything about them not being important to the entire picture.

Like I said you are either blind are have amnesia.

No, I put my cape on when you dudes make #ntExtreme statements. "They don't care." "They put out the same game every year." Stuff clearly that isn't true. Stuff, when said, makes you sound ignorant and ENTITLED as hell. Also, stuff that, when said, makes you look like you don't understand that a company that has to put out the "same" game every year can't give you EVERYTHING you want year after year because what would be left to give you after that?

They have to strategically release features, take away and re-introduce features because it is a yearly game.

As I ALWAYS tell you dudes year after year, if you want your voice heard, stop crying on NIKETALK and go hit these developers up on Twitter or Operation Sports. They have an open door policy. They welcome ALL suggesstions from the community. 

But yes, when you act like they aren't doing anything and make emotionally charged, exaggerated statements, yea, I will "put my cape on" because the **** just ain't true

Because they have an entire game mode built around an individual player you should at least be able to customize that player in a realistic fashion they don't need a full on parlor just not the ******** options they've been giving us

Why did live have to do it first for 2k to decide to scan SOME shoes?
Every shoe just slapped over top the same couple silhouettes [emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji]

It's just reeks of sheer laziness

90% of basketball is black and it literally took widespread backlash for them to realize how bad those hair options are?

It would be a nice addition, but again, when you say they SHOULD be working on it, you are speaking on it as if it is a vital point. You can honestly say that a Tattoo Parlor is a VITAL part of the game?

I hit 2k up on Twitter all the time I've never gotten a single response apparently they too just blatantly ignore how awful their customization is I've sent them the vids from this years live too

It's not like they can't see what live is doing and the appreciation it gets

So what else would someone be left to believe when they still don't address it? When it actually got worse from last gen in a lot of ways....Other than they don't care?

Hair options went from bad to horrible
You had to have a pre selected face in 14
Tattoos
Accessories -from ones you don't have access to(tights) you can't have team colored accories, you can't even pick how long your got damn socks are

It is wild that in 2015, people still look at overall ratings and draw their own conclusions from that. "No way Durant should be 3 points lower than LeBron."

Listen, the overall ratings only speak on which type of player that player is. Remember, 2K introduced Player Labels into the game.

Durant will most likely be a Scoring Machine.
LeBron will most likely be a Point Forward or and All Around SuperStar

So essentially, you can't look at the overall rating and say, "How is Durant -3 vs. LeBron" when they have DIFFERENT skill sets.

Let me give you analogy. Imagine animals had predatory ratings. Elephant is a 88 overall and the Crocodile is an 86. 

Looking at that you think, "All the elephant can do is squash someone. He isn't the killer that a Crocodile is."

Now, this is true but the Elephant excels in different physical categories than a Croc. Same with the croc, he has different survival skills than the Elephant. The Elephant is a Superheavyweight Bruiser. The Crocodile would be a Crafty Opportunist.

In other words, The Elephant is an 88 Rated Bruiser while the Croc is an 86 Rated Opportunist. No need to compare because they bring you different things. The 88 vs. 86 is not saying the Elephant is "better."

So you are strictly speaking of accessories?

Have you ever stopped and thought to yourself, "Maybe it is something prohibiting them from allowing these features to be in the game" instead of your, "Ahhhh they don't care" approach?

Considering this is only year THREE of them being on a new system. You always throw out the first game on a new system because it is generally never better than the last game of OLD gen (2K14) since it is usually just a port over. So essentially 2K16 is the SECOND NEW NBA2K game on Next Gen.

They need time to figure the new system out man, that isn't something that happens overnight.

We tend to get tunnel vision as consumers. We only look at, "Well why can't they do this and that." Guess what, maybe they can't.

The same can be said about Online. 2K's online has ALWAYS been broken. I just chalk it up to they can't do better. I don't even waste my breathe complaining because I know ONLINE will ALWAYS be broke. Now, that isn't men excusing them but it is true. Online is always broke.

So I am simply saying, before you make statements about the work ethic of those dudes that put in MANY hours FOR US to have a great basketball simulation, stop and think about the system limitations and/or discoveries that haven't been exposed to/figured out by the devs.

It isn't as simple as, "They clearly don't care."

That is why I get in my feelings
 
Russ only defends when he wants too. Gambles way too much, and isn't always focused. He has the ability, just lacks the "know how". I wouldn't even have Russ in my top 5 defenders at the PG position. Steph might even be a more consistent defender than Russ.

Cp3 is the best defensive PG in basketball. Wall is a close 2nd.
