First of all, I never said that. In fact, I asked if combing a part in ones would have the same effect.
Secondly, you said people are turning hair styles into a racial thing. I just pointed out that the texure of hair needed for your hair to really lock kinda does come with race.

You can do it, but I'm judging. This trendy cut has gotten out of hand. Every other white dude has it now. My judgement = you have no originality if you waited all this time to go with this look.
And black dudes have been getting a fade, a part cut into their hair and lined up beards for a while. I remember getting questioned by white dudes in high school and low key criticized for cutting, not combing a part in my hair and giving the standard "it's a black thing, you wouldn't understand" answer.
I wish I had the luxury of wanting to be as cute as a ***** tho, I doubt I'd do it but I'm jelly dudes got a lifestyle that allows for them to care so much about their appearance
