You can change uppers but how would you change cushioning? Adding lunarlon, zoom, etc. etc. to the insoles/outsoles DRASTICALLY changes the look of the shoes not to mention you would also need to alter many of the silhouettes to have modern lockdown. I think that idea is good in theory but bad in execution.

I wish they released these as a XX9 EXT.. Lebron, KD and Kobe's lines all do this, idk why JB doesn't as well...
 
Yeah, but that's on the assumption that everyone covets the Royals. I personally hate them. The MTM FlyWeave on the other hand are dope. All subjective, though.

$700 for a Jordan XX3 with a leather cover, and a nylon boot with the Jordan I screen printed on it? No thank you JB.

The seem on the back of the leather XX3 is so poorly sewn. It's not even centered. :smh:

JB can only hide behind the Jumpman logo for so long. They are going to really have to start making better quality products if they expect people to keep spending.

IMO the 1s are definitely NOT worth the 600 lol once I opened the pack at home i wanted to shoot myself. :smh: 29s are sick and I dont even like them lol
 
I read the first few pages and felt like a dummy for spending $700 on Jordan's. But then I remebered none of you tip.

Haven't gotten around to the pictures but yo the leather on the xx9. More buttery than Drayas forehead. And the box itself is like 10lbs.

i like those 29s, but not feeling the 1s. 1s remind me too much of 4lab1s i would never cop.

The 1s are more of a AJKO than lab. It's just that the design looks like the recent glow joints or something
 
350 a pair. 150 for some XX9s and 350 for some 1s. unless it had a decent amount of gold weave in it the F that. 
 
BTW nike lab is nikes new hustle. they always do this...create a location that receives less pairs of something and then market it as higher and give it a nice box...maybe some nice clothing and slap on a crazy price tag. and people will stilll buy. even if they sell half the stock theyve made theyll probbl still make a ton of money.

and i feel like 70% of people who buy this are buying to resell. once they release those 1100$ price tags on ebay will drop to about 900...then after ebay and paypal fees ur getting about 880 and then after u factor in tax from the actual store and shipping ur shoes out its gonna be a break even kinda thing. so i believe. 

theyre nice but not 700$ plus nice. no shoe is. ever

late to the party but stopped into 21M today and was very impressed with these.

not a fan of the clear sole. aside from that, I'd love to have both pairs. not for anywhere close to $700 though

I encourage people to check em out in store if possible. Wish I could see the packaging in person too
 
@bruce Wayne .... not a fan of the icy soles either particularly given these grimey 'Gotham' streets but I did like the upclose looky-loo at 21Mercer. The price point is off .... But I am sure MTM are getting a healthy chunk of that price tag.
