I'll do a 1999 x 2016 comparison. I unfortunately don't own the OG and the 2012 was never a true retro to me. Never picked it up, thus, I'm omitting that.

Good because, as we all know, white cement 4 was horrible. Fit and feel-wise.

Looking forward to '99 and ''16. Still 12 more days for me.
 
just hit me that I have to spend $230 on these dam :/   I usually spend that amount or more on limited releases/grails
 
Apparently, the leather on these is terrible and is similar to the 2012 military blues. Doesn't affect my decision to pickup this year's pair though. Atleast, the grey looks closer to the OGs and I'm sure these won't feel like bricks.

NEVER FORGET. Early 1990 right here. I can't wait. Not even concerned about quality. I will wear the shoe regardless and remember the good ole days with no responsibilities, playing hoops all weekend, waking up to watch NBA on NBC, yank it twice a day, and have doritos for lunch with grape soda because I could. All of that done with no distractions like smart phones. Need to get a hold of a friend, you actually called them. The good ole days.

I may miss out on release morning but I will have them one way or another.

These should be a fairly easy pickup considering everything sitting nowadays 

I doubt you have to rush to pick these up. 
 
Yeah I don't know why people keep bringing up ASW like it's a bunch of heat droppin.

Aside from these and maybe the OVO's(maybe), the rest of the shoes from ASW are trash.
 


Not a big deal but the 2016s come with a Jumpman hangtag and not a nike. I know JB is capable of providing us with a nike hangtag like the WC3 88s.

Especially if you live in major city, won't sit at all.

Maybe in North or South Dakota as a whole state, I can see that it'll sit in those places. LOL

Usually, high quality leather creases much easily compared to low quality leather. Yes he has a point about JBs poor quality, however, he can't just justify them based on creasing.
 
Yeah they gave us a Nike hang tag but left the jumpman on the 88s outsole :smh: JB stays trolling :lol:

Yup, these probably won't see the light of day till the summer time. Don't wanna mess these up with snow and salt on the ground.
