You'll need to create an account but Shiekh usually gives a window of 4 days or so before they shut down the digital raffle. If you win you get an email. If you don't, you don't get the email. Saves the hassle of employees calling and shadiness of "throwing" a ticket away.

Thats nothing dudes talking bout doubling up. That basically paying almost 500 for one pair of shoes cuz that second pair gonna be waiting in that box for a while waiting to be worn so its paint can flake off like fairy dust on the first wear

You're the only person I've seen who dislikes the quality of the 2016.

I'll reserve judgement until in hand.

Honestly if you've never held the 1999 pair in hand, judgement on 2012 pair being better is a trash statement.
 
I was offered ds 2016 wc4 for my ds 2012 wc4....thoughts?

The 2016 is closer to the original in terms of details, but it's effectively the same shoe as the 2012. Many who have the 2012 and the 2016 would prefer the 2016, softer synthetic leather, and again the details.

I sold my 2012.

Barely wore them because the synthetic leather was abysmal.

The 'tech gray' color blocking, which I initially didn't mind, annoyed me to no end once early shots of the 2016 were available.

I get that the mold is largely the same, but the changes made thus far does equate to a better shoe.

Still can't wait for next week.
 
Idc about all that other BS I have these in hand and they feel good synthetic leather or not it's soft around the ankle collar and heel around the Nike air tab the toe box is not all that BUT still has a nice feel to them. I would say the leather quality is a tad bit better then the maroon 6s but if you looking for say um just don leather quality or close well........Congratulations.....You just played yourself!!!

I don't think anyone thinks they're getting JD quality.

Agree, I like the 2016s over the last release...at some point I'll wear my 2012s...maybe.
 
I think a lot of you all are thinking that a shoe not creasing is synonymous with good quality. A lot of people dont like wearing the SBB1s because the leather is so soft that it creases uncontrollably. 

Im sure Ill be happy with this release. 
 
Yup lets get those raffle codes going... I just left Super Bowl City which was madness as expected but too many Bronco fans for my liking... I'll stop by Shiekh on market if I get to it
