Should look in the thread better. Someone posted their back heel paint cracked. Don't remember what page it's in here you can look for it.

just got my FL order. just the usual pen marks, heavy heal splatter, pre-creased.....oh and the midsoles already came precracked deadstock ...thanks jb..

Welp, my suspicions about the painted midsole on these have been confirmed. There are signs of cracking at the heel already after about a half dozen wears. Mind you this is normal wear as I haven't balled in them or anything. I weigh 185 lbs btw so I don't crush midsoles.
All the 4's that I do own have done this except for the recent Oreo's. I've worn those numerous times without any signs of cracking/chipping. Nike still taking Ls on this "remastered" thing. I had planned on wearing these to the ground so I'm not too upset, but pretty disappointed in their continued lack of addressing quality/durability issues.
I did purchase a backup pair that will be worn after these are done, which may be sooner than later. I do maintain my shoes very well and clean them after each wear, but not much you can do about cracked midsoles. Think I may be done with JB again after these though
You can see the cracking at the ridge on the midsole near the sole.

I'll be bummed if it begins to peel immediately, but I wouldn't go crazy lol.
My 2011 black cement 3's are peeling...But I feel like that's expected.

Oh ok. Was it a returned pair? Did they look like they had been taken out of the box? I got one of my pairs in store from FNL and no major problems. My champs pair is slightly better though.

ok I saw the one pic on the heel. Is that's what everyone is talking about? I am worried about the cracking on the side, in the middle where there are no joins i.e. the 2012 breds, fire red, etc.
Have yet to see a pic of any cracking there.
