I know some cats that do, but I wouldn't recommend it.

These chicks see a lot of dudes papi.

I know.. Hence my curiosity. I have a homie who is always in sosua, and state side.. Is always making out with broads in the club.. So just got that vision in my mind :x

You have no idea what you talking about.

Me and a select few of my boys all make a lot of money and travel different places once a month or so.

Expand the way you think.

It's so much out here to see and do homie.

If not, more for the rest of us God.

Think I'm going to fly out for the weekend now 8)

do i have to know spanish when going to DR? I was at the resort and a lot of the locals there knew english but i didnt venture out of the resorts... just wondering because when i went to panama nobody really knew english so it was tough for me...

Aye OP, I just peeped you have 718 in your SN

You from NY?
Just let it be known down there that you from NY and shorties will flock to you faster than Atlanta residents to a gay pride parade. Facts.

Say "water" and "coffee" around em, and panties are bound to drop. Instantly
yeah im from BK... lol @ water.. i used that in Cali , didnt know what the fascination with it was but this white chick use to get wet when i said water over the phone.

The homie showed me pics, some of the chicks were aiight but i didnt see no dimes in those photos... couldve went to washington heights and saved some birds on the ave for a weekend.

@young718chris  homie if you get to go to Boca Chica, since you will be by the capital, check out Boca Marina. Top quality restaurant with amazing food. Some nice chicks be around them parts as well.

Dont know much about the capital since im a Santiagero, but i heard its not safe and keep a burner if you traveling arounnd the barrio. On the other hand, from my experience The capital is also very dope and has a bunch of dope nightclubs/lounges/strip joints that will keep you blessed.

Boca Marina is dope, didn't get a chance to check it out last time I went...damb it

Good looking homie! Will definitely check it out. Hopefully 6 days of DR will give me enough.

Yo, if you're gonna be out there this weekend, we should link up. Would be dope to have some with experience school me on game over a plate of mangu.

So let me get this straight, are the chicks in Sousa just sexing for cash or are the yambs free (freeish)?

You paying in the states too...whether directly or indirectly you paying and remember that time is also money [emoji]128521[/emoji]
Perspectives...

I kind of want to head out there now. The pics looks amazing, especially Punta Cana.

I hate that argument. Time is more valuable than money, at least to me. I don't mind spending time with a broad seeing as though I don't get paid hourly the time I decide to spend with a woman doesn't decrease my ability to add or save dollars. I'd rather spend time than a dime.

i went to punta cana last year in december and i absolutely loved it people were really nice weather was great we did a couple excursions definitely recommend it if anyone wants to go

just got back literally yesterday from Paradisus in Punta Cana.

went with my girl though so i cant speak on the single aspect of it.

just noticed that every B down there worth looking at has braces so think about that
laugh.gif
...my girl told me we should move there and become orthodontists.

im from NYC and still felt uncomfortable when traveling outside of the resort. i just kept thinking "yo whats stopping this dude from taking a wrong turn and taking us for what we got, i have 0 idea of where were supposed to be going".

we tried to stay in the resort and had an amazing time together. the place is literally a marble fortress inside and out.

i tipped everyone 5-20 depending on what they did for me. it was all inclusive and i felt like i was the only one tipping but it made out experience somewhat better.

tipping wasnt necessary, i was a little misguided. i was told they would do anything for you if you hooked them up and i really didnt think it mattered.

food was ok. it was all inclusive so i wasnt expecting much. beach was amazing. we got overcast weather though and still had a great time.

i was told that if youre going to go out of the resort, stick to the tourist friendly clubs. like places that charge you $$ to get in because it keeps the locals out and trust if youre not dominican you have a target on your head. its just the way it is.

i really dunno what else to say but if you have any questions ill give you my input. like i said i just got back yesterday.

@amarano Thanks for the trip report!

I fly out tomorrow. I'm pretty much all covered with the trip but thinking about changing my mind on renting a vehicle. Rather have a personal driver from what I've read in this thread & other forums on the net. However, I can't find much info on a reliable driver in Santo Domingo & Sosua.

For the other brethren that are planning on going to punta cana...yall good...the beaches are beautiful ..great resorts good food etc, if yall going with the Mrs. Your def gonna love it ,if your looking for the dominican yambs dont bother ,all you gonna see out there are AWG's from the states and europe(aint no problems with that) but no dominican thickness to be found.
As for the whole driving thing I would just rent a car but keeping this in mind a) at the counter (because you will do it at the airport dont take a "cab" telling you he'll get you a good deal outside the airport)when booking the car try and lowball the guy as much as you can and make it seem like you 're on a budget or dont have to much money(there are stories of people being kidnapped or robbed after leaving the car rental place and it been found that the people renting you the car are in cohoots with the perps)..always remember to give them that #brokeboyz impression. And drive carefully you can prolly get a navi system of some sort or on the interwebz get some maps...always drive with the windows up and doors locked...it might sound like im trying to change your mind about going...but dont worry b...you gunna be good i trust...Flourish

TRIP REPORT UPDATE

Alright, fellas!

I got a couple hours on this plane ride to type up a trip report from my experience of the beautiful Dominican Republic. So here it goes…

First and foremost, a HUGE shoutout to the gawd @VaGixxer for showing us the ropes while we were out there. Spent a few days with him & his boy and they allowed for the triangle offense to run seamlessly. Real cool dudes & I can say the trip wouldn't have been as good without them.

Now that I got that out the way, GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY… the women here are heaven sent. It's really hard to explain it to those who have never been to D.R., but once you come here, you can definitely
understand why some cats make numerous trips here every few months. (I can't vouch for the Western Union papis, though). It's gotta be something in the water and the mofongo ingredients. Glad we didn't do the whole resort thing or I would've thrown up knowing what I missed out on. The women in America do not compare in any category.

On that note, the food was excellent! From the food on the playa to the Jamaican dude's restaurant waving you down to try his Rum Punch & jerk chicken. If you don't like the food in Dominican Republic, there's no reason for you to have tastebuds or a passport. I think we ate mofongo every morning and drank at least a barrel worth of corona, presidente, rum & mamajuana.

As far as safety, I didn't feel the slightest amount of nervousness or danger out there (and I was these streets). That's not to say you shouldn't use the eyes in the back of your head and your street smarts! This is a 3rd world country and you can't walk the streets like this is the music video for The Pharcyde's "Drop". The girls are very touchy and will run yo' pockets faster than Marty McFly's shoelace self-tying system without you knowing. Any doubts, wear pockets with zippers or roll deep. Don't be too flashy or disrespect the locals! A simple "no, gracias" will go a long way. Most (if not all) of the locals are glad you're here so their businesses can stretch. Some don't even want anything from
you; just to ask if everything is okay.

Transportation-wise, we had a dope driver (thanks to VaGixxer) who was real cool. Got free drinks and top of the line service around Santo Domimgo and Sosua. Unless you're a veteran on Jet Moto for Playstation 1, I suggest you not to rent a motorcycle (or car) because dudes will swerve in and out of traffic recklessly and there's no respect for street signs or pedestrians.

As I try to touch all bases, I'll continue with the miscellaneous:
• Weather was excellent. Rained once for like 25 minutes.
• The nightlife is unforgettable. Once that sun barrel rolls under the horizon, it's on.
• Eat the mofongo (had to repeat that).
• Try to fly in to the closest airport from where you will be staying the majority of the trip!
• If you give a kid on the street some pesos, just be prepared for them to come back to you later. Yes, they're awake at 5am.
• One of my boys speaks Spanish, so I had no problem with the locals trying to talk crazy or translating my Fresh Prince pickup lines to the chicas.
• Life hack: The chicas love the morenos. :pimp:
• The clubs/bars were dope during the NBA Finals.
• Let me repeat, the women here are heaven-sent!

Overall, the trip was beyond what I thought it would be. I will definitely be back before the year is over.

Any questions regarding my trip or if
you're planning one, just ask!

My reaction every second.
