Anyone else addicted to popping/cracking?

Popping/cracking, whatever you wanna call it.
I will literally pop all the bones in my body and keep at it every hour or so.

Here's my rundown
-fingers (3 ways/angles for each finger)
-wrists
-elbows (2 ways each)
-neck (on each side)
-behind my neck
-shoulders
-sternum
-middle back
-lower back/waist (2 sides)
-knees
-ankles (2 ways each)
-toes

Is this bad? Anyone else has this problem?
 
I've heard folks say that it leads to arthritis down the line from cracking knuckles etc.....but some days cracking my lower back makes me feel SO much better.

No, recent studies have shown that it doesn't lead to problems - if you're having to force the joints that could though.

I can barely move without cracking - I can even crack my sternum.

My back gets stiff and if I get it just right the relief is amazing.
