Nike Air Max 2016

I would cop from finishline if there was a discount code. 90 + tax+shipping kills it for me.

These look nice on feet, but I tried running in them just to see how they'd perform and holy cow they're miserabl on your feet. Why wouldn't Nike at least make these halfway decent for actually running in?

Different cushions for different people. I'm not that big on air max for running shoes either

Copped 2 pair's of AM 16's last week and gotta say I'm disappointed. I def wouldnt recommend getting them as your primary running shoe. Especially if you've had some type of leg or foot injury recently. I sprained my ankle pretty bad last year and once it healed up I haven't had too many problems jogging in my Adidas Energy Boosts, but as soon as I tried jogging in the AM16's the ankle pains came in hot. I couldn't even finish a single lap in them :smh: . good thing is that theyre a pretty clean looking shoe and feel alright on foot, so they're straight for casual wear. But I def wont be working out in these anymore.

No support on these at all definitely not recommended as pure running shoes.

They are nice on the feet for long periods of wear for those who don't work in offices but I can't imagine running in them. Casually too, very comfortable for everyday use, just not working out in them.

^ pretty much. Its a shame cause the $200 price tag would lead ppl to believe that its an elite running shoe. But theyre not even close. Good thing I only dropped $100 on mine. I'ma have to cop a pair of Ultra Boosts for training in.

bodega just dropped the all white + all black AM Zero - http://shop.bdgastore.com/collections/nike-sportswear

Yup, awful running shoes. I did a mile on the streets and had to stop due to extreme pain in my feet and knees. I wish I could return them, but I don't have the big anymore and I bought them at an outlet store months ago.

Man, you guys have to know these are straight casual kicks. Air Max have never been serious running shoes, strictly for show. The Air Max 2009 with actual, functional Flywire was the closest thing to an actual performance shoe. The Bowerman Series was for serious runners.

I find Nike air max to be extremely comfortable to run. Run 3-4 times a week in air max 2015 or flyknit air max. Haven't run in the 2016 but I assume the comfort is similar.

Air max 360s are terrible when running especially for heavyweight cats. 180s are nice though

I ran in my pair of '15 as well, and i think that the cushion is better for a heavier person peformance wise. I prefer a midsole and outsole combination that feels really responsive, like lunarlon, and sometimes zoom.
Take out the insole on your airmax and try it on, youll see what i mean. Super hard, and it made me realize that this cushioning is gonna feel better if more pressure is applied per step.

For me these are lifestyle-only shoes. The cushion is comfortable but it's crazy thick, like you're standing on a 1.5 inch wobbly platform. This might work OK on a high top basketball shoe with lots of structure, but with the mesh upper on these there is absolutely no support. It's an ankle roll waiting to happen.

This is 1000% true. I forgot my gym shoes and had to wear my air max 2016. The cushioing is extremely thick. Its high off the ground and has inept responsiveness. You feel very akward. But all that's really besides the point and I knew that when purchasing the sneakers there for relaxing/casual wear.
