Not the same tho papi.
If Honda were to make an Accord Coupe in a sport/Type R branding, its got to have everything this Civic has and more.
Same sports body kit package, bigger beefier brakes, 18 inch sport alloy wheels, upgraded suspension, a turbo, and high RPMs just like the NSX/S2000.
It doesn't have to be out here breaking records, but at least make it powerful and fun to drive. Honda has the nicest affordable entry-level coupe right now. It would be nice to see them offer a 300+ HP edition Accord rather than continuing to waste the effort on these civics.
Just my opinion though. Theres enough of a proven following and loyalty to the Accord, and a Type R or whatever they would want to call it would not hurt the company. Especially if they're willing to keep making these Civics.

I realize FWD cars don't have the same acceleration as RWD cars, but only 5.7 seconds with 306 hp seems like a joke.
It's more cause of the torque. It's probably electronically limited. Tires would probably just spin out if it didn't.
I learned the v6 accord is actually pretty fast a while back
I'm sure a type r would be nuts
The S2K will look like a smaller NSX?Honda just patented this design, an S2000 revival? The US S660?
