I've never been a coffee drinker until about a year ago, and now I indulge on it way too often. Its to a point where I'm becoming dependent on it to get me going in the mornings.
I drink about a grande sized cup everyday in the morning, rarely two cups but thats about it. But I've been trying to cut back/quit because of my dependence and starting to feel a small addiction, and I feel myself more on edge on little things.
Any advice/feedback on quitting or at least cutting back to a non-daily thing. Or feedback on your daily use of coffee and how you manage it to not be so dependent on it.
I didn't drink coffee all of last week but drank a few cups over the weekend, which is stupid in it self because I work during the week and thats what I use it for. I just like being energized and coffee does that for me. But that was a huge struggle during the weekdays.
Then haven't drank any coffee this week and its killing me. Very sluggish when I wake and its hard to shake it off throughout the day.
Or alternatives, which I understand is usually tea but I don't feel the caffeine is sufficient.
