Sunbathing Appreciation... Every man should do it

Lay out near ripples in LBC IN BELMONT SHORE ALLLLL THE TYME...

NOW I live in Redondo beach, literally 5 min drive to the beach, so I'm going to try that out this weekend

I thought this was about sun gazing. Anyone have info on this? Also I want to sun "bathe" tomorrow. I am of Caucasian skinness what time limit shall I "bathe" for as to not get adverse effects?

When your skin turns pink, time to get out.

Sun gazing is next level. There's a man named Hira Manek who has lectures on Youtube. Essentially how you do it is stare at the sun for 10 seconds when the UV index is 0-1. Each day add 10 seconds until you can gaze for 30-45 min sessions. I could never get a streak going. Plus it's always nicer to find a quiet spot out in nature to do it. It's also important to get a UV reading device for accuracy because if you look up the UV index on a website they could be off and you will burn your eyes out if it's above 2.

Also, don't know if this a troll thread or not but bakin out in the sun is terrible for you unless you on that wrinkle accelerating , orange looking, cancer having lifestyle.

I only sunbathe while on vacation since I'd feel weird doing it anywhere else besides a beach. That feel when you step on the beach, lay down, and start soaking up the rays tho.....

Lol good luck to yall actually laying out without sun protection. I've worked in dermatology for 8 years now so I've seen the effects :smh:

Just yesterday this guy came in and wondered what was wrong with his "tan" :wow:

Laid out for another 30 min today. I see why so many great ancient civilizations worshipped the sun. It holds the power.

It's funny how in recent history our government has made us believe that sun exposure is unhealthy. What were the melanoma rates before that? Before tanning beds? Sunscreen? Sunglasses? Something's fishy.

Did you guys know that sun rays can enter the brain through our optic nerves and this stimulates our pituitary gland to produce HGH which has a slew of benefits. We got athletes taking this stuff to become superhumans. Think about this the next time you wear sunglasses all day long trying to look cool but only end up blocking out the vital energy of the sun. The pineal gland is the door to enlightenment and the powers that be have made a large effort trying to keep ours shut so that we not question anything or feel a higher level of consciousness.

Don't listen to these fat people wearing lab coats trying to tell you how to live when in actuality we're all dying slowly from their advice. Heed the wise scholars who came long before us and knew the real answers. The sun is the closest thing to God that I've ever felt.
