How do I dye my white SK8-hi

I want to give my white SK8-His a new color but I don't really know how. I don't mind if the sole and leather would stay white but i want to achieve something like that (just in another color)

What is the best and easiest way to get that?

What color can I use? I've heard angelus paint several times but it says that its leather paint :/ Or is it best to dip dye?
