Yeah showed cut backs to when Pilcher was meeting with Fbi guys. He had to have taken some upper public officials. President? I mean its like something happened quickly vecause the people are all from like that one time period. I was hoping the second season would be all them learning more about the fate of the world instead of resetting back to life in the town.
 
This recent ep was LIT

No surprise cuz it was focused half on Hounsou.

That passage of time every 20 years, the loneliness, hallucinations. That character examination is the type of that I like about this show when executed right. Revealing and showing just enough.

yup. That episode was similar in quality to season 1. Also Margaret escaping in the end was interesting
 
I'm trying to figure out why the **** they froze couples together then wake them up separately, then force the made up couples to have kids. Like why in the hell did the architect get remarried?
 
:lol: Cuz they were frozen for their skills and value not cuz of their prior relationships.

Architect was needed not the doctor. One of the priorities is procreation so they just paired her up with someone else. Ain't like their marriage certificates are still binding.

As for Burke's wife she had a son. Probably weren't going to separate a mom from their child on top of the other dude orchestrating for her to be abducted.

bruh...and not just smashing...son was shooting the club up and was mad she aint get knocked up. I watched this ep with my mom fambs. I was sick af when that was revealed. like 'dont look at me' lmaooo.

I legit have no idea where the show is going now. Either to war or back to bed.

The file Jason read was Abigail's profile with Kerry's name and picture copy and pasted on, the pregnant teen whose baby Pilcher was going to groom as Jason but decided against it later on. Kerry's real profile was located in the bottom and sealed with additional profiles revealing her true identity and that her baby was renamed Jason Higgins. Probably a reason why Pilcher did not take Kerry out of cryo.

And yeah, the first files Jason had was generic info. He found those in depth confidential files and was like :x Noooooo! :lol: Just look at how he picked her out of that group with a smiles.

Pilcher was probably only planning on bringing her out after he created his perfect civilization and could present her with her grown son.

As far as the girl and baby Pilcher wanted, that call heavily implied she lost the baby which had him donating to hospitals and looking for babies being given up.

good ol genetic sexual attraction at its finest. Son thought he was attracted to her because there was something in her eyes that just spoke to him, something that put his mind at ease, something that comforted him. Son thought he found his soul mate. But really, it was ma dukes :rofl:.

that escalated quickly.
 
just watched, best episode of the season easily, I'm not even sure the season finale will top it. I KNEW it was going to be the mom before they revealed her, that whole scene gave me a creeps mcgee vibe even after reveal, their whole convo was just....weird. Wonder if this gets renewed for next season
 
I didn't paticularly think the ep was all that great but it was good.

For an impending threat they spent too much time on that reveal. Should've been dropping hints all season long, that way this ep could focus on them entertaining other options before resorting to back in the pods.
 
Besides the Djimon Hounsou episode which I thought was great, this was the only other standout IMO. did you feel like any of the other episodes that were better than this one?

seasons been mediocre as a whole, so I'm just taking what I can get in terms of good stuff

I really liked the Hounsou ep and other than that the rest were all about the same other than the exceptionally boring ones.

Just kinda about characters I don't care much about.

Iono about great. And I think the Dr staging a coup with impending doom at the gate is silly as hell.

Only reason Jason dead. Cuz otherwise he would find out and kill her with ease.
 
Season finale was cool but could've been better imo. Season two felt like a completely different show then season 1. First season was more thriller style and this season changed that up. I'm curious if they do a third if they will switch the premise completely again or not. I thought they could've continued the story with Ben and that whole situation but they deaded that
 
From what I saw it was just okay. Not good, not terrible.

So they eventually took my plan but put it in a sacrifice scenario. That's kinda lame.

They could've easily knocked out the abbys they had captured and injected them with all the deadly viruses and sent them back in to the wild with their own. They would've died out within weeks.
