Yeah, Champs has gone to crap too.. I used to always get guaranteed tickets there several years ago. I noticed the new ppl at HOH, I haven't won there since.
Unfortunately, that's the only mall I go to when I'm busy since its 5 mins away. Given the situation with the other stores I guess that new Footaction won't make much difference.

if you don't get any raffle calls,,,online, go line up for none claimed pairs
if you really want these XII's you'll be able to get them ,,,
only ppl with no ambition struck out on GR pairs
for the WC4s 2016 I didn't win any raffles but i was able to get 2 pairs ,, and I know more if I wanted more , when there wore ppl that struck out

My store got exactly 293 pairs, more then 72-10s or white cements
Edit: side note, In hand I feel these are well made, but leather is stiff

For those in small areas I would focus on getting them online.
As for Atlanta a majority of stores are fcfs. The northern FTL are doing raffles. I actually got called by both places I did a raffle in Lenox. I'm hoping they sit until Thursday. I just had to grab stuff for my 6yr old so shoes shall wait lol.
