Yea i think im going to pass on the 4s and pick these up instead. Hopefully the 4s sit like the maroon 6s so i can pick them up later.

yes they are, they may only be in really big sizes online but they are def still in some stores. They technically haven't sold out until all pairs have been completely sold
No one is telling you how to spend your money if you want both then get both.
