Jordan 13 low quai 54... Pre-order selectedsneakers.. LEGIT?

Not sure if this is the right place but I need some eyes on this as I have struck out on getting a pair on all fronts. Browsing IG I found a pre-order for the Jordan 13 low quai for $$$425. It's selectedsneakers.bigcartel.com are they LEGIT?!
Please do NOT bash me for posting a link I really need some help before I pull the trigger and there aren't too many people in the the thread seeing how most people are passing due to EU release only...
