Need Help ! Ebay Buyer doesn't wanna pay!

Hi Guys , 

So I have a problem atm .... im new to Ebay , I joined in February and recently decided to put some stuff up for sale there. 

I have a auction for a pair of kicks that ended today .. and I messaged the buyer saying congrats and that I would ship out asap once payment is received ... he replied by saying cancel the order and he wont pay for them ! and then threatened to leave negative feedback once I said I would open a unpaid Item case and report him ! 

Im torn on what to do .. I know feedback is crucial on EBay and I only have two positive feedback rn due to me only selling two items , do I file the unpaid item case and report him and get negative feedback because of it or do I suck it up and take the loss ... 

Just a note as well .. the auction cost me $12 in Ebay fees ...

I would screenshot or copy his message+threats and send it to ebay dispute center and im sure they will gladly help you out on this one. Hope this helps

If you cancel the order don't you not get charged ebay fees?

Open a unpaid case with ebay. If he leaves negative feedback, Ebay will remove it because he never paid for the item.

You can also call ebay and tell them he threaten to leave negative feedback and they will cancel the auction right away. They will read through your messages with the buyer and once they see he threaten you, its a done deal.

Bottom line, you will get back your fees and won't get negative feedback.
