So when Lebron finally declines in around 5 years and is no longer the best player in the NBA who's era is it next.  The top 4 candidates that come to mind right now is Anthony Davis, Greek Freak, Joel Embiid or Andrew Wiggins potentially?  Any others that people think have that kind of ceiling?

Think it's pretty clearly Davis. Barring injury he's gonna be the league's best player for a long time.

:x at Anthony Davis still only bein 22 years old.

To put that in perspective for us old cats Ewing was 23 his first game in the league and Admiral was 24

For all of you saying Anthony Davis do you guys think he can improve offensively to that level?

He's already a monster on offense. And at 22 he's not even close to his prime yet. He'll go down as one of the greatest players ever as long as he stays healthy.

Chris Paul is ready for his breakout year.  This time next year he will be argued GOAT along w/ MJ, Magic, Byrd, Russell, etc...

not srs

Embiid will be a 26 ppg, 14 rpg, 3 bpg player

He gotta show me he can play big minutes for a full season or close to it before I predict dude is gon do Hakeem numbers. Plus as a lifetime Sixers fan I know some BS is gon happen to dude where he never reaches his full potential at least with us smh lol

It depends on what your definition of a megastar is

I don't think Anthony Davis will recieve the same type of attention that Lebron or Kobe do or did

What do you mean? Dudes on NT are already calling him a future hall of famer.

A big playing in New Orelans with the personality of a door knob...probably isn't going to get the appreciation

Unless he absolutely dominates and wins multiple championships hard to see Anthony Davis getting the attention Kobe or Lebron gets

Wiggins got something to prove, he's gonna make gm lebron regret that decision. Ad of course.
