I guess YG got shot

crazy...watched this yesterday on netflix...

banging gets you nowhere...
i really liked this little movie, to me if he polishes himself a little bit better, he has potential to be a pretty good actor, also he wrote & directed it right, hope he leaves that life alone, or just "snoop dogg's" [aka america's favorite crip] his career, you still be a g & get this hollywood money.

I'll gladly stick to my Belgian waffles because at least we don't have such ignorant principles.

You also don't live in a prison industrial system.

Your nation hasn't been afflicted with a history of racism.

You're speaking from an insanely inexperienced point of view.

Minorities pretty much have to police their own neighborhoods because the only thing the police are interested in is getting people to incriminate themselves.

Police don't give a ****. It's all numbers to them.

Worry about Belgium politics son, ya'll got a bad case of islamaphobia over there. Holla at me when ya'll figure that **** out before commenting inanely on American crime culture.

The whole idea of "no snitching" and its repercussions is beyond stupid and is one of the major reasons why **** like this keeps happening. If people had the balls to cooperate with police maybe there would actually be some arrests. It's obstruction of justice and a waste of taxpayer's money by not helping the police with any leads.

The Belgians... Not having stupid principles..

Do you even know why No Snitching is a popular philosophy? Sounds like you need to...

 Stick to belgium waffles boy.

My krazy life was a good album. I'll give him that. Only lame dudes who can't stand on their own feet bang

You, too, can help yourself to some waffles. And no, I don't bang.

Nah, Belgium was definitely part of the European conquest and a willing participant of the slave trade bruh. Belgium may not have been founded on racism, but it definitely has its history.

racism within its nation.

as in racial intolerance amongst its native population.

that **** has only recently begun with the influx of foreigners (mainly Muslims) coming into the nation.

Cops aren't profiling and locking up fellow Belgians because of their skin color. They're not brushing murders under the rug neither.

having a hand in slavery =/= a HISTORY of racism.....

Belgian Congo lasted all of 23 years, we have 239 years of racism in this country.

Our nation is technically 239 years old.

The first black slaves that came to America arrived in 1619, that's 396 years ago.

Now you tell me what a history of racism is.

Not denying that Leopold didn't kill millions of Congolese, but how is that relevant to the police state in Congo today? How does that effect blacks in Belgium today?

Because most minorities that are in Belgium, just got there. There isn't a large population of black people in Belgium as a result of Belgian Congo, they weren't brought over to Belgium.

 Man what?

You have no idea what you're talking about dude.

Tell me something, how many murders have been solved when a rapper is the victim?

 A waste of tax payer's money. Hip-Hop lost its two biggest icons and both murderers are still unsolved. Chinx got killed last month and there haven't been no damn arrests.

Yeah let YG snitch so he can be an even bigger target.

Go on with that.
Nothing is gonna change if nobody does anything. Obviously not every murder can be solved but the least you can do is try.
What if certain investigations would've went entirely different if someone came forth with a description of the attacker(s) etc.
Instead you have dudes like Camron saying they wouldn't report a serial killer next door to the police and people agreeing with that mentality.
It's a vicious circle that'll just continue until someone decides to step up and do the right thing.

That is just my opinion and how I feel about the subject. I realize I don't have any experience living there obviously but I enjoy learning more about other countries so feel free to go on.

 Right bro, you got it all figured out. Sure.

For all these years they just haven't been stepping up and doing the right thing.

It's not centuries worth of distrust by blacks towards those entrusted to protect them built up over time.

It's not that cops often use information they receive from victims to try to incriminate the victim themselves.

No....

It's just that black people haven't been doing anything, they NEVER thought "hey, let's trust the police, the men & women that are supposed to protect our neighborhoods and help them solve crime".

Yep, that's what it is.

Dang that Killa Cam'ron.....

All along the solution was in the mind of a double cupping Belgian.

Man where have you been all these years bruh? You just solved everything.

 cold

Columbia cool people though so I'm sure his misunderstandings come from a good place

I'm sure it does. I mean I'm not going to sit here and really expect foreigners to understand the workings of our backwards *** nation.

It's unbelievable the BS Americans have to go through to get justice in this nation, especially minorities and ESPECIALLY the black community.

I can't really knock someone from the outside looking in being a bit of a skeptic.

I mean for ***** sake we have AMERICANS on this board (we all know who) that think that "if you're walking down the street minding your own business, the police won't bother you".

I mean certain SOMEBODY on this board even said "if black men wore suits they wouldn't be getting harassed by police".

I'm not even taking that out of context....

So again, I mean hey, I guess Colombia gets a pass for not knowing any better on the tip that he "means well". :rolleyes

LMK this tho Marcus, if my mom rocks a hijab or a burqa in Belgium, does she get a pass?

Because last time I checked, Muslims get harassed by police for rocking a burqa in Belgium.

Burqas are banned.

So homie wanna spit game on our politics, but his own nation got unconstitutional policies.

He can opine all he wants to, but everything he's saying is invalid. His whole scope of the situation is limited to a Bill O'Reilly interview with Cam'ron and Dame Dash and some book pedaling principal from Philly.

We got two options, we can let ignorant uninformed opinions rock, or we can extinguish that nonsense.

Big reason why our nation has started to regress as far as race relations and criminal justice, we've developed complacency. We thought the civil rights movement ended in the 70s. We don't even speak up when other Americans speak ignorantly.
