So the reason why black people are disenfranchised, skipped over employment opps, unfairly policed, and disproportionately incarcerated...

The first billboard stinks, as if a cornball black dude being puppeteered by a white dude thought that was a great idea.

The second billboard is money though, especially if you're sagging in skinny jeans and jeggings.
