Who's ready? I won't lie, I hate storms due to the delays in life they cause, but they've been been here before us. Time to stock on on stuff to stay entertained during the hurricanes and tropical storms/depressions.

I used to like Hurricanes until I moved to Houston. Outside of the 1 or 2 bad ones I sat through, it was a couple days off and some yard work. After the flooding a couple a weeks ago, I went ahead and stocked up on water and put all my vaulables on the top shelf of my closet.

:smh: I dont know why this city is built the way it is.

Low elevation, imagine when Galveston was the center of society for this region, even more wasted resources.

Man it's barely raining over here on the west side of Houston...

Just a tip..
Make sure you guys have flood insurance.
I had a feeling this wasn't going to be bad but I think this season could be very active with all the rain Texas has seen.

Mayne i work in stafford and stay around the gallo, this rain aint **** lol

The storm delay is happening cause it's slowed down, yet that's only giving it time to build more. I'm stocked up on loads of water, good I don't have to necessarily cook, and extra lights. Doesn't really flood in my area, but I'm sure I'll be picking up branches and **** by the time it comes and passes through

my fam is war ready... we bought a generator after hurricane sandy and havent used it once.. and i can use the days off
