To spew the ignorance and racism that Trump does, even if it's just to gather support from ignorant voters, he has to be racist to some extent. Someone who isn't racist isn't gonna go out there and say the things Trump says to a worldwide audience unless he believes those things or has absolutely no conscience.

I still think so in exchange for his $200 million hotel in the heart of DC. Plus he won the bid over larger, more prominent hotel chains.
He's having a hard time keeping restaraunteurs though, they keep backing out.
