Obama has us on the path to WW3. As well as Clinton and Kerry.

They said Raegan would cause WW3 and of course his strength and leadership actually prevented it. Stop fear mongering about WW3 and every time a republican gets elected.

Where were you in late 07-09? After the surge we had the situation in Iraq stabilized. The Iraq war was won.

We then had a choice-either leave some troops behind to keep the situation stabilized, or totally pull out. We pulled out. ISIS is taking over. ISIS is comprised of the remnants of Al Qaeda, and they were able to fill the leadership vacuum when we left.

You mean the great Regan who inherited an economy that Paul Volcker stabilized after years of hyperinflation? Which Greenspan destabilized again by keeping interest rates near 0 for way to long throughout his entire time at the Fed chairman.There's a reason that banks called it the Greenspan Put when they knew that he would rescue them and other corporations when **** would hit the fan.

You mean the Soviet Empire that he destroyed which was going to fall apart anyway because it was bankrupt by the time Reagan got into power already? American's fail to realize that one of the major events that started breaking down the USSR was the Polish Solidarity movement along with failing finances which occurred BEFORE Reagon ever saw the White House. But that is the issue when you teach a biased history without teaching anyone the whole truth of what the world was like inside a particular area. But hey, you can keep preaching that ignorant BS and live in your bubble.

Interesting theories. Reagan had absolutely nothing to do with the economy victories which he presided over for 8 years. And he had absolutely nothing to do with foreign policy victories which he presided over for 8 years. Makes sense.

 How would that even work... Like on a purely practical level? Someone at the airport asks you "Are you a Muslim or not"?? As if an ISIS cell would have any problem saying that they're not Muslim so they can be let into the country and commit terror.

Having a presidential candidate that is leading the Republican polls generalize all Muslims in such a way is the biggest victory for ISIS yet.

Here's Biden admitting the surge worked and Iraq was stabilized. That's why we pulled out. It was a well known fact that things were going well. In hindsight we should have left some troops behind to keep all our progress that soldiers died for.

You said he was a strong leader, so what was he strong about then? He caused the economy to fall into a recession which Bush Sr. tried to get the country out of because of Reagan's policies. He really didn't do much to influence a fading empire that would have fallen apart regardless who would have been in office by the late 80s anyway. So what did he truly do? Mass incarcerations of poor individuals for petty drug crimes,? Give illegals amnesties(wait this makes him a liberal no)? I mean Reagen is far from the saint that the far right and moderate right try to make him out to be and his supposed accomplishments are overstated.

I can go on and on about every president regardless of party affiliation because they all have flaws. But to put Reagan up on a pedestal and then bash someone like Obama who had to turn **** into gold yet everyone demanded diamonds is damn near impossible. The world economy is different. Manufacturing jobs are never coming back here. The disenfranchised people that we have developed will continue to be so because low skill jobs are gone or pay minimum wages. "Make America Great again?" I still have yet to hear a decent program from any president on how he would do so. America is still great IF you sacrifice, take the right path, and have a good amount of luck. It's no longer finish HS and you have a good paying job waiting for you. People like you love to bash the takers, however by raw numbers and ignoring percentage of population, there are more white people on SSI and SSD than minorities. So who are the takers then? Or who are the entitled that feel like they deserve a good paying job just because they are white and feel entitled? It's this complacency that is turning America into **** because foreigners are willing to still strive for the American dream.

And just in case you are curious, I am white, I am an immigrant from Europe, and a US citizen who made it by my family's and my own blood sweat and tears. And realistically, my single mom came here with 5k back in the late 80s and we are basically in the top 5% of the US because we pushed harder than a majority of complacent Americans. Hell I see it from the financial firm I work for. We just just went through campus recruiting and they rather take someone with my background than your average American because they know we will try harder because we have more drive.

Google Paul Volcker, you can kneel and pray to him, because Reagan inherited the economy that HE stabilized. But I see you missed what I wrote and only read and saw you thought was true.

FYI, my undergrad majors were economics and history so I actually have a little basis for what I'm talking about without pulling **** out my *** or finding a random youtube videos to support my claim.
