Donald is like that out-of-touch uncle who is always wrong but you don't correct him anymore because it's not worth the hassle. But you're always worried that he's going to embarrass you in public.

There's a lot of fine looking republican news anchors but they def dumb as hell. How they gonna tweet elizabeth warren is an idiot and a liar when they support that douche trump who is always lying and making stuff up? It's ok to support someone but don't ignore stuff because of bias.

I'm still going with my first mind that Donald doesn't really want to win

I been saying from day one this was a marketing scheme that went awry.

This **** reminds me of a Black Mirror episode.
Srsly. He wanted to get promotion for his brand, and he got in too deep. At this point, he can't turn back. I hope someone close to him drops a tell-all book about this in the near future, how they got to the idea of him running for president.

Scotland had a referendum on their independence, and the only reason they chose to stay in Great Britain was so that they would remain part of the EU.

That's what Lily meant by "Scotland voted IN you moron"

and like i said, there's more than staying in da E.U. for staying with da United Kingdom, (family, traditions, etc)

da E.U connection is only a few decades old VS being part of da United Kingdom since da 1700's...

I don't really care what you say considering that the voting map is clear: not a single Scottish canton voted to exit of the European Union. To me, it says that as of today, they feel more European than British.

You mentioning traditions and family shows that you don't have a clue about the cultural (European) diversity that exists on that island. Let's just say that there are very apparent cultural distinctions between Welsh, English, Scottish, and Irish peoples. In addition, the existence of Great Britain wasn't always a harmonious affair. Just look up the IRA.

All these excuses when the map is clear as day but you steady relying on that Reagan map  :smh:

you guys are pretty much a lost cause..ive followed that referendum since 2014..

NPR radio show i follow circa 2014

you have people with STRONG ties to both Scotland & Great Britian that didn't wanted da UK torn to shreds.

da E.U. is a rather new phenomenon vs da CENTURIES da UK exists as is.

Those U.K. ties are so strong that so many can't wait to get a passport that will allow them to travel without hassle throughout Europe.

+100% spike in UK searches for "getting an Irish passport" after #Brexit vote

The opposite. He's being hypocritical.

Map and polls clearly show the Scottish voted to remain in the EU and one of the reasons Scots chose to remain in the UK back when they were voting to leave or stay is due to being in the EU.

Now he acting like the Scots were for exiting and the reason they chose to stay in the UK is cuz they been in it for centuries

Ignoring the present by bringing up the past but when he constantly brings up Reagan to ride Donald's **** he aibt trying to hear facts or details.

+100% spike in UK searches for "getting an Irish passport" after #Brexit vote

Ireland’s foreign ministry said it had received a significant rise in the number of Irish passport applications from Britain. It published a guide on how to obtain documents for the 430,000 Irish-born people living in England, Wales and Scotland

so inquiring how to move around da E.U. = wanting da break up of da United Kingdom..got it

Way to play with words and cherry pick.

Getting a passport is synonym with becoming citizen of the country that delivers the document. So it's not just inquiring how to move around the E.U.; it's inquiring how to become citizen of a E.U. nation.

Charles Masters, a translator who can certify legal documents, said he had received six or seven applications on Friday from Brits living in France seeking French passports.

“A lot of people were thinking they wouldn’t have to worry about getting French nationality. Now all of a sudden it’s ‘Oh Jesus!’” said Masters, who lives in Burgundy.

He said getting French citizenship was relatively straightforward. You need to have lived in the country for five years and to have no criminal record. The cost is a couple of hundred euros.

Masters, who is originally from Reading, said: “I’m gutted by the result. We got French nationality ourselves two-and-a-half years ago. We were thinking: ‘You never know.’ Now ‘you never know’ has actually happened. We are in shock.”

Considering that the Brexiters have painted their referendum campaign with thick layers of xenophobia and nationalism, I will not be surprised if they stop recognizing dual citizenship, in which case getting a foreign passport will essentially be akin to losing UK citizenship.

BTW

Brexit: Nicola Sturgeon says second Scottish independence vote 'highly likely'

If the votes didn't convince you.

Nicola Sturgeon said it was "democratically unacceptable" that Scotland faced the prospect of being taken out of the EU against its will.
