Nice Going Jerk-Off, You Ruined The Whole Television Series With Your Last Season.

Eric Foremans absence on 70s Show killed the shoe.

Season 5 Dexter started good ended eh, and was ok to horrible.

There are shows that just burn out and have bad last seasons, and there are shows where the horrible last seasons ruin everything that came before it.

Perfect example: How I Met Your Mother

And it wasn't even the last season, just the last episode.

I can't enjoy going back and watching knowing what they did
All of this.

The Wire

Season 5 was the least memorable to me because of the focus on the newspaper / media

Sons of Anarchy's final season had too many moving parts. Lost interest in the show and pretty much had to will myself to finish the series.

Surprised no one mentioned Season 5 of the Wire yet.
to me, season 5 of the wire wasn't all that bad. It was hands down the weakest of the series, however it still kept my interest and I didn't mind the direction they took the show in. Definitely didn't devalue or decrease the impact of the whole series to me whatsoever.

season 5 also isn't all that bad for me because the series finale was great imo. it really tied everything up and kept true to the overlapping themes of the whole series.

Sons got way ridiculous way too fast...

And that the final season was essentially based on a lie.

Weeds had more bad seasons than good season, and they were all in a row :smh: I kept giving it another chance until I finally said **** it halfway through the 7th (i think) season.

Let's forget what happened adter Season 1 of Heroes.

Season 2 was a downgrade but I still think it was good. If only there was no strike. That season wouldve been flames!

man I forgot about Misfits.  yeah Rudy was a cool fill in for Nathan but once Simon, Alisha and Kelly were gone it was done

Misfits was a really dope show when it started. I barely got though some of season 3.

Def wasn't ******* with season 4.

I finished the last season of Misfits a few months ago. It was amazingly hilarious. There was a guy whose power was he was able to take your power by having sex with you. Some of his scenes made uou do the weebay gif reaction. I think I ended up liking Rudy more than Nathan's character. One of the funniest and funniest looking characters I've seen on a show.

IMO, Prison Break went downhill after S1.
I agree with this so much. I never watch it when it was airing but decided to binge on Netflix later, S1 was great, next two seasons I had to force myself into watching, think I got through 3 episodes of 4th seasons before I just stopped forcing muys

Dexter, while not as good as early season, I don't find latersseason the be THAT horrible.

As other have mentioned Sons of Anarchy and Weeds. Also the shield I really hated the finale as well.

Entourage was wack after the first two seasons. It was extremely entertaining doe. Stuck through all of it.

Season Five of The Wire was my least favorite becuase of the Templeton storyline but still ***** on 99% of television shows and had a lot of great singhtful social commentary.

Damn Dexter was bad last couple of seasons. the show ER too was basura in the end.

^ Interesting mention on ER... one of my favorite shows... but yes, the last few seasons were really meh.  Just didn't like all the new batch of characters.  I liked the full-circle nature of the series-finale though.

WEEDS needs to be hailed as one of the worst fall offs in the history of falling offs...

The fast-forward to the future ending

I would have to say that after Season 2 of Weeds, that show was straight cheeks
Nah, U-turn episodes were solid, but after she left Agrestic it started falling off. I always hated the random sex scene in the alley ...it may have been some jealousy on my part, but it really did suck and was so unnecessary.

I was like no way there's that many bodies dropping and he doesn't hit national radar. Then him becoming worse than Clay took away from the central theme of the whole show.  Unnecessary sex scene on the hood of the squad car, unnecessary relationship PERIOD, considering he got back his wife after  years of  being held hostage in Ireland. August catching it on the steps of the courthouse and NOT ONE COP in sight. Let's not even get started on T.O. becoming a Redwood original but not even seen making ANY type of power moves with them...to add insult to injury Jax did it after he came to terms with going out with a bang. I understood why Jax did what he did, and I loved it but the events leading up to it just seemed forced and lazy.

The people who say The Office need to go watch the series finale right now!

It was the best way to end that series.
I agree with this...

I was reading some article somewhere where they were trying argue that 'The Office' really started representing real life and how depressing it can be (ie: day in day out going to a dead end job, getting a new boss, etc.)...it was interesting and put a whole new spin on why the series was so tough to watch those 2-3 seasons.

All that being said - the last episode was one of the best finales I've ever seen and pretty much wiped away the crap seasons IMO.

I have seen entire series of The Office probably 5 times. I used to think that after Michael left it was terrible, but after you watch it again you can appreciate most of the episodes. It's easily one of my all-time favorite series.

I know we're talking about final seasons. But I had to mention the final episode of The Sopranos.

As long as I live I will never forgive then for what they did. ****** scumbags.
