Well they just hit a bit of bad luck with DJ not coming back. He was hedging that they'd get DJ back and spent his MLE on PP. In the end, getting PP and not Bismack isn't really that bad

I think Doc is working on stuff, but it may be a case of him trying to find the best possible replacement for DJ. Probably looking at FAs and what he can get for Crawford. But he needs to do something. Taking all this time is just decreasing the number of options.

If JaVale is healthy, I honestly think he'll be a solid contributor on the Clips. He basically has the exact "skill set" as DJ. More prone to making bonehead plays, but actually has more offensive tools and better touch.

Realistically, what are the teams you see have no chance to get to the west playoffs

For me it's only Lakers, Wolves, Nuggets and Suns

I'd add Blazers to that list, but otherwise agree. I'd like to think the Suns could be in the playoff competition, but they have a strangely constructed roster now. I don't know what to expect from them.

I think you and I threw in the towel about the same time.
I loved him as a College player.
When he did his Real Soorts segment is when I started to sour on him. He was still working out then but he came off more as an attention seeker than someone who wanted to advocate for people with his disorders.
Houston bent over backwards for that man/kid, backwards G.
He wanted to fail.
