Mo Williams is 27, healthy and has three years and $26 million remaining on his Cleveland Cavalierscontract. But none of that mattered much to him this summer after he watched LeBron James leave the Cavs to join the Miami Heat. Williams said he was so depressed by James' exit that he considered walking away from the NBA.

"That's how bad it got," Williams said. "I contemplated it. I really sat down and envisioned life after basketball. ...I really saw myself not playing.

"It just didn't make sense to me. ...It doesn't  make sense to me."

Maybe he'll finally get his smile back.

cavs need to sign more ex knicks players. they are perfect lebron teammates

people already think they are hot trash so they will always take the blame for when lebron fails

they all have a bball IQ of -12 so their boneheaded plays will distract casual fans from lebron's blatant traveling every possession 

lebron fans can still say things like "they can win with lebron but not melo" to make themselves feel better 

he should have just signed with the knicks

he doesnt actually make his teammates better though. Whom has ever flourished post Bron? He's not teaching guys the game. Showing them footwork. Showing them handles. Showing them fundamentals. He doesn't even know those things himself. He's not taking guys that aren't 3-pt shooters and making them snipers. He's almost always played with guys that were generally known for something. He gets them open looks, which is typically how passing out of the double team and drive and kicks work. It's always been overblown that he makes anybody better. He gets them open looks, but he's not making the shots for them. Cats always gas him up by downplaying everybody else. 'Broooo these guys suck so bad omgawdd, but Bron makes them so goood' He sucks teams dry and leaves them baron and deserted. Out here on some Galactus steeze.
