How is this news? You could tell all season long the team didn't respect Blatt. He has no legacy here. Comes here and gets a job, completely new to the NBA. Very different game where he comes from. Cleveland should fire him.

Typical Ballerific post right here guys

I hope the kickstand on your bike breaks while its parked, and the fall scratches the Fairing.

Man, you skipped out on a $150 bet, "can't respect" should never cross your lips on NT.
Come on G. Rephrase that
Man I know you're not talking when you were all on my  the whole NBA season for fantasy knowledge.

You're a groupie.
First of all, that's a lie. I gave you props when you won, because you deserved it. As did anybody who won big.

I never asked any advice from you, EVER.

Second of all, what does one have to do with the other.

Even if I did slurp you like you did get slurped, that has nothing to do with you speaking about "respect" and backing out on a bet.

You's a simp G. Live with it.

Yeah, they should have just hired one of the dozens of American coach retreads instead of thinking outside the box.

Silly Cleveland.

I got some thoughts on Bron's scumbag behavior but I don't want to get banned from this thread too.

"Doesn't seem able to command the respect of grown professional men?"
What was he doing in EU the last 20 years then? Being Terrible?

Respect is earned, not commanded.
But disrespect, is something (as you call them) professional men should never do to their Coach.

Europe ain't America. Completely different average personality type.

Whether right out wrong, that old school "respect and obey the coach at all costs" thing dies after college ball. It's a mans league. You better have damn good leadership skills to be able to command the respect of grown, primadonna athletes. From what I saw, the body language of the entire team during the timeouts and pep talks seemed to suggest that Lebron isn't the only one with distaste for Blatt, he's just the only one with enough clout to get away with displaying it strongly.

At the end of the day...if a player is even comfortable enough to do the things Lebron supposedly did....maybe you aren't the right man for the job. I guarantee just on a personal level as a man...Lebron couldn't have got away with doing to someone like his first coach, Paul Silas, without getting checked.

I'm not throwing a pity party for a grown man who basically got emasculated by another grown man.

I guess.

I'd prefer to have OKC face a Cavs team that isn't in their second year under Coach Blatt.*shrugs*

Let's not forget this is the same dude that almost blew that game in Chicago with the time out. That could have ended them and it would have been Chicago getting dug out by the Warriors instead.

That probably was the last straw for Bron.

lebron needs to hire dantoni

perfect coach to take all the blame while providing a system for him to not play any defense and pad his stats

That is my Lil Cousin in the Avy with Lou

But I agree with you on that point my friend. I thought that series was the end but the Bulls just really stunk up the next couple games and looked like they gave up on Thibs also.

Read this on another forum:

- Using his defensive gameplan, the Cavs ended up with the best defense in the playoffs, and they were supposed to be a mediocre defensive team at best.

- His philosophy on guarding Steph worked for awhile and took Steph out of his game.

- The way the Cavs played the PnR and defended the 3 point line took Klay out of the series.

- Coached circles around Kerr the first three games.

- Bogut was negated on offense, whom in the regular season was a critical piece to their ball movement.
