So many NTers watch every game that their squads play, see a few highlights of other players/nationally televised games, and have no idea what they're talking about.

You're using a qualifier. What he did is only impressive if you take his injury into account as an excuse.
But he's always injured/gimped and he is who he is, so....

Crazy when you think about it...but there might be some truth in the question you just asked. Because on the flip, you can have a top 8-10 PG EASILY not be a top-25 player int he league.

I don't think he's top 10 when healthy either, rhetorical question. 20pts on 39% shooting and 3.2 TOs in the playoffs is like Brandon Jennings esque.

If anything, he's in that 8-10 range...but I wouldn't put up any argument for him if someone thinks someone like Dragic/Bledsoe/Jackson/etc. is better.
I'm as serious as that tie yall had last year.
He can score at will, but that's about it. Too many holes in his game for me to definitively say that he's top 10 at the position. He's insanely overrated to me.

You want to compare stats so much? We might as well say Marc Gasol isn't top 5 at his position because he doesn't score the basketball enough or rebound at a high level. Neither does he block a lot of shots, but for some reason people list him as the best center in the game and easily a top 2-3 center in the game.
Perfect example...
Conley made Lillard look like his ***** in the first 2-3 games of the playoffs, but his numbers weren't STELLAR. He did everything right and made Lillard look like a fool because he could get anywhere he wanted on the floor to find his teammates, make hockey assists, defend and run the team efficiently. Your analysis to me is basically saying Lillard 5 games in that series were better than Conley's 2 games because Lillard averaged more points, assists and rebounds despite his poor defense and terrible shot selection.
Conley is special at plenty of things. He's considered one of the best defensive PG's in the league and he runs a team efficiently unlike most PG's in the NBA today. He does what he suppose to do.Your argument about his playoff numbers has more to do with the FO not putting another playmaker around him more than anything. I'm pretty sure he's trolling. People bring up stats to argue that CP3 is thr best PG and he dismisses them and laughs.
But the second he finds a stat in his favor he turns into an OKB/Hollinger hybrid.
How has nobody mentioned that Conley is the best 4th quarter iso scorer in the league?
