Between GSW OKC and LAC, the West is locked for the finals.
Everybody else is hoping for something you can't control

I'll give you GSW but what makes you so certain about OKC and LAC?

So I guess SAS and HOU are all counting on luck to make it while OKC/LAC are that much better to be shoe ins? Come on man, you're better then that.

My reasons, SAS added pieces yes, their core is still their core, old AF.

Houston has Harden, anytime buckets, hardest guy to defend IMO, but their core isn't what GSW, OKC, LAC has.

HOU, LAC, MEM are all in the same boat. Either team is very capable of beating the other.

Depending on how healthy OKC is, they will be right there with GSW and SAS as the top tier teams. But, like I've said several times...there is a reason why the games are played. Every team is not going to be fully healthy come playoff time. It sucks, but that's just the way it is. I honestly think only one of GSW, SAS and OKC will make the WCF.

It's really a shame the Pacers couldn't keep it together. Lance bouncing, George's injury, Hibbert falling off. They could have been a real contender.

Denver drafted Mudiay and signed Jameer. Lawson was a problem and needed to go regardless. Anything they could get for him was just gravy, even if it's next to nothing.

The west is way to overpowered! And those are not even the lower seeds like the Pelicans. The east is so weak. You got two maybe(big maybe) 3 teams but only 1(cavs can win a ship in the east)

Guess this is why everyone has opinions.

West is as wide open as ever, but you only see a top 3. Don't even know how healthy OKC comes back, and Kanter's D is beyond worrisome. LAC, meh, they're the clippers. Until they make the WCF I can't really take them seriously but they had a great offseason especially with their cap situation.

SAS's old AF core was still killing it the past couple years consistently and they added the top FA this offseason and you're dismissing them?
Memphis still has the same core going on 5+ years as well.

You're just disregarding teams to fit your agenda and reasoning. All good though, it's your opinion and we're all entitled to one, but don't go around saying, they are it, the end.

In order to get out of the West, I think a perfect season is needed (ala GSW). No injuries, good match ups, opponents injuries, a little luck.

Ain't no one crowning no one in the West as of now. Man, we think last year was tough, this year is going to be a bloodbath.

OKC fan. Franchise peak in 2012. Lost to them old AF Spurs core in 2014. Didn't even make the playoffs last year courtesy of the SAS. I'd be a hater too.

Pelicans/Jazz are solid teams, and both could get swept in the first round.

Contenders next year are GSW, SPURS, CAVS, Clippers and that's it. Always has been 3-4 teams that have a legit chance to win the LOB.

Oh Houston too.

Kawhi and Green are the center pieces in San Antonio. LMA being a huge piece adds to the mix. Our big 3 just got younger. Plus if the Spurs blow out teams they won't need to be playing any extra mins this season.

Best off-season in franchise history. Feels like a dream tho,
