Kyrie is the best Point guard in the east

this is hilarious considering the fact that he might not even be the best point guard on his own team.

When was the last time a supposed "top point guard" in his respective conference split primary ball handler duties with someone else?

Too bad we can't get the International Olympic Committee to let the US field like 3 teams. As of right now, that would be much more interesting than one US team against everyone else.

when the other player is a Top 10 player of all time or a 4 time MVP I would think

Interested to see how Oladipo performs this year. He's already on an upward trajectory and participating in the USA camp is only going to help. I see him around 22, 5, and 5 this season.

That would happen with probably ANY point guard if they're playing with Lebron James.

What difference does it make? How can you be the best point guard in your conference when you don't even have the same responsibilities as the rest of your contemporaries? His only impact on the game is putting the ball in the basket. He has no other job to do that if he doesn't....his team suffers from it.

Obviously. My point is...he does play with Lebron...and doesn't have the same responsibilities as someone like Wall does. And even before Lebron got there he wasn't exactly the consumate floor general. He's great at one thing...scoring the basketball. Which he does at an elite level. However, when there are other guys that bring so much more to the table...you can't put him as the best. Not with the position stronger than ever.

Did you forget you said the same damn thing a few months ago when Kyrie scored 57?

Russ, Steph and Kyrie. Everyone else playing for 4th place.
