Came in here to see what kind of bushwick, Cleveland kush-pack Tristan Thompson smoking on ? Imma need some of that thinking he is worth $90 mill

Hopefully Tristan signs the QO then bounces next year.

Not mad at the young dude tryna get that money at all. With his skill-set and that playoff run this maybe his only opportunity to cash out.

Cleveland definitely should've tried to sign at least one more big even on the minimum just in case any of these fragile ones they have go down or if TT somehow leaves. They do have those trade exceptions now that they will more than likely use as soon as any Vet starts to voice their frustration with a team around the league. Bron loves him some over the hill used up 10 and 12 year players.

Are there any teams even capable of signing TT to a big offer sheet? I'm pretty sure his option is down to returning to Cleveland

Love, Mos and Andy should be decent enough. Not sure what other big they could have signed for the minimum

Andy's apparently progressing well

The one thing is TT is def going to lose value next season as a cause of Andy and Love being healthy again. This offseason was the only time he would've got cashed out but next season he's gonna go back to playing 20-25 mins a game.

Only Blazers & Sixers
Damn. So looks like he has no other option than staying in Cleveland

I honestly don't see them keeping him past this year, they can't afford to keep TT and MosGod. If anything I lowkey might have taken a chance and kept TT instead of Love. TT defends PnR's so much better and on offense he is actually just as functional as Love is

Love soft as baby **** and I'll give you the pnr defense part, but TT presents no where near the matchup problems that KLove does on offense. Especially with Hot Sauce and New fade handling the ball.

KLove not only stretches the floor all the way to 3pt land, he has a basic btb game and gets just as many garbage buckets as TT.

You're buggin kind sir.

Fair opinion, I just don't think I'm bugging as much as you think I am.. and remember, I was the one saying a team shouldn't sign TT to a max deal

Defense tips the scales for me, especially when TT is as effective as he is in the PnR offensively. Maybe it all changes if LeBron figures out how to use Love on offense

- At 24, Thompson is among the league's best rebounders and pick and roll players. Of players with 100 or more possessions as the roll man, Thompson ranks 3rd in points per possession (PPP), FG%, Score Frequency, and drawing fouls. For comparison, Thompson's 1.25 PPP as the roll man and 69% score frequency dwarfs that of Kevin Love, who was used as the roll man more often, with a PPP of .86 and score frequency of 36%. Conversely, when defending the pick and roll, Thompson allows .68 PPP.

I don't think Rose is done.

He doesn't have to worry about non-NBA  play either

will be speaking harshly towards that for the next year, it's just what it is.

It's too big of a risk, if you've repped the Country before, don't this time, we have a big enough talent pool

Derrick Rose simply needs to train, and then keep a chip on his shoulder for the whole upcoming year. There was a time that no point guard in the league wanted anything to do with him, not one. He'd embarrass opponents both offensively and defensively when he felt like it.

Tristan Thompson's game will disappear when he no longer has LeBron behind him. What was that guy's name that Cleveland refused to trade some years back during LeBron's first tenure? JJ Hickson? He is that guy, book it.

Watched POWER on STARZ, and Kevin Garnett had better be right about the flavor, because that wasn't impressive.

He and Westbrook are training or have been this summer together.
Guy said their work ethic was intense and the training itself was intense.
