If you can somehow combine the minds of the Wolves vets with the bodies of their youth they'd be playoff team this year. Bottom of the West is looking East like.

The gap closes.

This may be an unpopular opinion, but Bradley Beal has yet to truly improve his game. He's basically had the same exact numbers since his rookie year (per 36). I think he's a good player, but I hope he's not headed down that OJ Mayo route where he never truly takes that next step. The beginning of his career is eerily similar to OJ, except he's playing on a winning team right now.

No, I'm not saying he sucks or isn't good. I'm actually a fan. Just that he's not developing as fast as you would think for it to be his 4th year coming up.

I agree with this. I gotta give it up to whoever said last year he had the worse missed jumpers or something along those lines. When he misses he misses very badly. 2 air balls in the World vs Africa game.

Him taking another step is the only thing that can get us back to where we've been. Without that we may not make the 2nd round this year. The East is better.

Deron Williams. JJ Barea. Devin Harris. Raymond Felton.
Wesley Matthews. Justin Anderson. John Jenkins.
Chandler Parsons. Jeremy Evans.
Dirk Nowitzki. Charlie Villanueva. Dwight Powell.
Zaza Pachula. JaVale McGee. Samuel Dalembert.

Looks like roster is set.

Glad we got McGee as insurance. Glad that him and Dalembert will surely have a fight sometime this year.

I know that Parsons is in Vegas for Team USA camp, so I guess that means that he'll be available opening night. What about Mathews? When is he expected to start playing?

Somehow they fielded a pretty decent team after the Jordan debacle

Agree, but even if everything goes well for them in terms of health and Dirk performing, I still see that as about a 35-40 win roster.
It's going to be tough sledding for sure, especially working new guys in and getting used to not having Monta on offense

I give them a bit more wiggle room to finish at .500 as their ceiling
