Tim Duncan was the best player on the team for every Championship run except 2007 IMO

Kings have a better chance than lakers. This is the way I see it. Okc is taking Portlands spot. Kings , mavs, and Pelicans will fight for the last spot.
on a scale of 1 to tire fire

the Kings are a CJ Wilson and JPP finger amputation.

Heat moves in the offseason looked better last year than this year.

No way Heat finish the year healthy.
Their entire team was hurt at some point last year.
My team won't either so.....sucks for us both

You mean last year when they lost LeBron and replaced him with Luol Deng? How can that be better than what they've done this year?

You saying Deng was their only move last year?
Bruh, they've signed Green, and drafted a prospect, do we really want to debate this, I don't

In my honest opinion--Duncan > Kobe

Kobe was the more glamorous player though. Easy to see why a lot of people would have him over Dunc's.

Re-signed Dragic, re-signed Wade, added Green and Winslow. You're right. There really is no reason to debate.

Kobe reached higher high's in his career.
But at the end of the day its kobe>duncan. He holds more individual records and he was the undisputed best player in the league for at least 6-7 years. Duncan has never been that.

Man i gottah respect duncan man. dude is taking 5 mill? taking way less to make his team better. wow there is no way on earth ANYONE can hate duncan. AT ALL.

Uhhhhh TD the greatest PF of all time b.

Is Kobe the greatest SG of all time?

It means you're taking below market rate in order to let your team have the best opportunity to sign players who'll help you win. So, yes--Taking less is a function of winning.

How hard is this concept for you idiots to understand? Or is this some typical NT contrarian non-sense?
You an idiot b what the hell? FOH

think the loss the heat took last year with Lebron makes whatever else they did that off season result in a negative. re-signing wade, dragic, and drafting winslow results in a positive.

Not the duncan kobe argument again

LOL at Bowen giving his "blessing" to give Aldridge #12. They probably already had media guides with Aldridge in the jersey like the Melo/Lin/Lakers situation.

I was reading that as the entire deal, not yearly. But you're right, its yearly.

With that said, I'm still taking less to live in LA. Texas is whack. Sorry to offend anyone in Texas.
man u better chill with that callin texas whack stuff youre wack
