You guys are trippin' because that offer DWS came up for LMA is pretty legit if Portland doesn't want to lose LMA for NOTHING.

A couple of pieces need to be added but the initial framework of the deal isn't going to get much better when you start looking at what other teams have to offer.

Or logically all the teams outside of San Antonio at this moment have the space to sign him outright. So why give up pieces when you don't have to?

That would be kind of dumb, IMO. Considering who they already have, Towns seems like a no-brainier for the Wolves.

Not enough his deal starts at about 19 mil for this season. So the only way they'd be able to get him is a S&T. Spurs don't have room at the moment either. LAL, NYK, DAL have enough right now to offer a max deal.

that's definitely an option. they could easily go into a rebuild and use the cap space elsewhere. not saying that isn't possible.

the lakers knicks and dallas. in my honest opinion, i don't think any of those teams offer him a better chance to win right now.

the spurs do but they don't have the cap space yet. the rockets could via S&T so that's what i'm basing it off of.

i think the rockets have the best package available to give portland if they go sign and trade route and might be a better option for LMA to win if he wants to leave bc the teams you listed that have the cap space aren't ready yet.
