Not tipping for THAT type of reason is terrible. Now if it is due to the waiters actions/service, more understandable but if there was legit issue you should discuss with mgmt so the issue and behavior can be corrected
exactly. I complain to the manager and tell them why I'm not tipping and why the service was bad. Rare that it happens Tho.

People on they high horses about tipping is funny as hell to me.

All this Mo Williams commotion is

He had a hell of a season as a backup though
Mo the only ***** that change teams every 6 months and people still be hype like he ain't just get dumped....

Welp, JR aint comin back unless he smartens up and takes less money. But they guy aint known for being the sharpest knife in the kitchen so.....

I'm pretty sure the food spots have to make up the difference if a servers wages don't meet minimum wage after tips .... so that $2.00/hr thing is make believe in a sense

No they are classified different and the restaurant doesn't have to match up to the 'standard' min wage

who, exactly, is classified different?

because I read that the Federal law says otherwise for tipped workers

Currently, under federal law, employers only need to pay tipped workers a minimum wage of $2.13 an hour -- if that wage plus the tips push the worker's pay to at least the $7.25 federal minimum.

Well we certainly didn't do that at my restaurant . Good look I'll have to read further , it was several years ago as well

Min wage :x

I really dont understand how people go out to eat and dont tip. If you go out to eat you tip, regardless of the circumstances.

Its that simple to me, completely black and white. If you dont like your service or what have you, then you tip less (with a floor of 10% if you must, although I would never, 15% is the floor), but not tipping at all? Scumbag behaviour.

Hell naw homie. I tip 99% of the time because 99% of the time I get decent service, but if my service is garbage you get nothing.

only reason I looked into it back in the day was because people were going off on my EX-boy Shady McCoy after he left some server $0.10 lol

To me a tip is a part of going out to eat. Just like you pay for your food and drink you pay for a tip. Its mandatory.

I dont force that opinion on anyone or expect others to follow it, just how I do things.

this industry is one of the very few where the service can be ****, yet the customer is looked at like a dirt bag if they don't COMPENSATE the **** server

it's very bizzare

Just read that the only teams in the NBA that haven't reached new contracts with anyone are the Hornets, Sixers and Nuggets. Makes sense.

I thought the whole point of a tip was rewarding great service. Now it seems like people tip because it's the normal thing to do and get pressurized when they don't.

I've had some horrible service a few times and I tipped 7.5%. If the service was okay, I'll give em 15%. If the service was awesome, they get 20%.

Grizz pissing me off.

They know damn well we need a perimeter upgrade, yet it seems like the team will be content with the current roster going into the season. The roster as is will always be good enough to be top 4-5 in the West, but teams will smarten up in the playoffs and expose our shooting AGAIN. :rolleyes Adding Barnes and Wright is cool, but the window is smaller and smaller each year. We've been looking for shooting since 2011

Grizz should've blown it up already. Same damn team for how long already. They definitely have reached they ceiling. I understand not every team is trying to win a championship tho
