Monta was never better than Westbrook, so I don't know what guard from the last few years all star games you want to replace with him and in what years.

Jimmer still killin'
Jimmer's dancing skills have fallen off. Here is some prime Jimmer. Notice D-Cuz lol'n then being like this boy aight. Hawes not taking him serious either. John Wall feelin the performance.

I'm not a believer in throwing every team that loses in the 1st round into "purgatory." Sometimes a team is a piece or a coaching change away from making the right. Obviously Portland is bowing out, but they weren't on some Nets/raptors levels of poor
on one hand it's a lot of fun to see all these changes take place, but yeah, if you're a first round loser you most likely have an opportunity to just shuffle a few players around. going the full route and getting rid of major pieces prevents continuity within a team. sometimes you can get lucky and be successful, but fire sales more often hurt a team's ability to find regain their footing

So you HAVE to have 3 all stars now? With two all stars and a bunch of younger talent I feel they could develop into a pretty strong team in a few years. Don't forget they were doing just as good as the Grizzlies and Warriors until half the team got injured. People had them in the mix for WCF until Wes went down.

not necessarily, the clippers are doing great with cp3 and blake as their only "stars" but they certainly had a lot of depth to their team last season (a solid rebounder and rim protector, players who could spread the floor, and a scorer off the bench) which I don't think many people would say was the case for the blazers.

Y'all really don't think Dallas should just trade Dirk and start to rebuild from scratch?

They're gonna end up screwing themselves if they keep squeezing borderline all-stars into their roster

Dirk is doing what he can to help the team. He even said he is willing to take on a bench role is necessary. Dirk is by no means a roadblock or hinderance to the team.

Dirk needs to take a front office role. Dude is washed.

dame's still young and will continue to be a top 5 pg in the west, not sure why folks hate on him so much. as long as the blazers have him, they'll be able to attract future FA even if LMA leaves.

Top 5? and he's going receive more hate due to his contract

Top 5?

It's sort of true

In no order:

CP3

Westbrook

Curry

Wall

Dame

Irving

Conley

No reason Dame right around the top 5, especially as CP3 ages in the next few years

The Clippers and depth don't go together.

The Clippers had a lot of depth last season? Say what?

Thats like saying the Niners didn't have a lot of guys retire this off season.

Saying he's a top 5 point guard in the NBA isn't ridiculous

Curry, Westbrook, Paul, Wall then who?

Him, Conley or Parker?

I mean, he did say top 5 in the west so it wasn't even a stretch. He's certainly a top 5 pg in the west.
