Some are forgetting how good KD is and some aren't.

KD won't need a warmup period at all, he will start the year off with a bang so it won't be long before one group feels like they picked the wrong guy.
I can't wait to see if those who thought Russ is better and KD is beta, still believe that on October 28ish, the day after the opening game.
