DJ is a poor free throw shooter and anchored a league average defense and is just an average rim protector

This isn't a "oh he's gone so let's **** on him" because he does have some fantastic qualities. Great p&r defender, rebounder, and finisher. However his impact on the floor is inflated by being on the floor with cp and Blake.

Bruh I remember telling you dj's defense wasn't all that and you argued against me saying he was dpoy candidate and the clippers had a top 10 defense after the all star break

Basically, the lesson I learned today is that if you're In a recruiting battle with Chandler Parsons, immediately start working on a sign-and-trade. Dude is like Urban Myer and Cal.

The Mavs are going to sign and trade Monta

The Clips are gonna sign and trade Deandre

The Pacers get to dump Hibbert.

Then we get to pull a sign and trade for Aminu for Wes.

Doing all this lets the Mavs operate as an above the cap team and still have the full MLE and BAE.

It also gives the Clips a non Perkins level Center and keeps them below the hard cap and gives them a massive TPE.

All we need now is to trade the 2018 and 2020 firsts 1 for Ty Lawson and we gucci or wait for Deron Williams to get bought out.
