Why everybody talking about a player passing up on money like this the first time it actually happened?
If anybody should be upset about passing up money, it should be Dirk. Took a paycut for Parsons and he couldn't even help him in the playoffs and Matthews who may not even play a full year. If you going to take a paycut, make sure its worth it. I think going to the Spurs is well worth it.

wrong, they have great chemistry and play as a unit. You don't have to be a freak physically, you just have to be smarter and be fundamentally sound. Reason why Spurs made the Heat look like aD league team.

It's not the same for the very reason you said. Every team in the NBA plans ahead for free agency. Spurs are no different because they simply won free agency.

Spurs should be good to go. Still salty they lost to them Clips and that crying Paul. We will see the rest of yall in the playoffs. Pop will make sure the team is as prepared as they can be.

People really have the Mavs as a lock for the playoffs just because they got DeAndre? They still have no PG. Dirk looked like a shell of his former self last year. Parsons coming off surgery. Wes coming off one of the worst basketball injuries there is. A lot of questions there still.

For all the hype on kawhi he still hasn't taken that next step yet going into his 5th year now. Danny green can be invisible at times. Spurs will be in the mix but I can't crown em yet
