The Clippers meeting with DeAndre Jordan is underway in Houston, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

Meeting has been on-going, I should clarify.

This isn't Spartacus and this isn't paying back your friend. This is a young man making the biggest decision of life doing business with billionaires who were more than likely far from genuine to get where they are doing business with someone like DJ to begin with. What's best for you is more important than being some noble facade by "keeping your word" to these businessmen, especially since DJ didn't do anything wrong. Again, the process isn't DJ's problem. His future is.
lawd jesus dawg stop it with the young man big decision ish he gonna be rich in the south or in the west its not like hes deciding between harvard or local junior college plus the deal is 4 years..... 4 years possibly not the biggest decision of his life oh yeah he can opt out in 2018 when he will be 30...30 dawg

There was no legitimate reason for DJ to leave the Clippers to begin with, once Uncle Paul came home it was a no brainer IMO. The only other team besides the Clippers that made sense to me was the Bucks.

As of now, I don't see the Mavs making the playoffs with or without DJ. A lineup of DJ-Watered Down Dirk-1 Leg Wes-Linsanity-Barea ain't making any noise in the West.

Fill the tank bus up Mark.

 is Dan Fegan about to walk into a buzz saw? Might've been a better idea to just make a phone call...

It was going to be a transition year for the Mavs regardless.. But having DJ/Wes/Chandler to sell next year plus a bunch of space under the cap would've been really nice.

Broussard was probably like "it's been about 2 hours, i'm sure it's over."

Cam gif gets me every time.

DJ doesn't owe the Mavs anything. It's a business and this (saying you' are going to do something and not doing it) has to happen all the time, whether it's something said by a player or an organization.

In the grand scheme of things you're right I personally dont give a damn. He's going to be making millions regardless, not me. I just want to be entertained. But for the sake of discussing whether or not what DJ did was wrong im not giving the guy worth 4 billion dollars the benefit of the doubt. Im going to give it to the guy who will more than likely will never see a contract as big as the one he's about to get now. Playing for the Clippers or Mavs could be the difference between how much his next contract will be. And then it will all soon be over for him after that.

Clips are soft as hell. Dan Fegan is gonna walk in and hit all of 'em with a stunner the way Stone Cold did the entire McMahon family.

Or he's gonna get fired.

One of those.

Fegan going to say something slick about Doc and DeAndre is going to turn on him an snap

"Teams don't blatantly instruct their players to recruit, but I'm not going to say it doesn't happen." - Bryan Colangelo

LOL WUT?

Apparently Bryan Colangelo has never heard of Chandler Parsons.
