How has nobody mentioned that Conley is the best 4th quarter iso scorer in the league?

Plus, I'm not the one putting Conley in Tier 1. However, I think he's top 5 and I don't think being top 5 automatically means a Tier 1 PG .

I just don't see how guys that play one side of the ball are considered so great when they are a complete liability on the other end of the floor.

I honestly don't see how Memphis wins so many games then. Marc Gasol barely can score 20ppg. Zbo is old. Tony Allen is useless on offense. Courtney Lee is a NBA journeyman. I wonder why their production drops off so much when Conley doesn't play or is off the floor. You would think anybody could come in and run the team and put up 15ppg.
