It's an oxymoron, they've not been healthy in 3 seasons now. Could just not be in the cards. For KD, Wiz are sitting there on a silver player with two young studs in a much weaker conference. Even fully healthy doesn't guarantee they get out of the west. And with no KD, why would Russ stay?
