Just recently tried to stop drinking coke. BRUTAL man. One of the hardest things to quit. Drank probably 6-7 cans per day. Down to 1. But my head feels like out of shape Shaq sat on it.
Getting better day by day though. Urine hasnt been this white since i was 6 years old. Proud of myself.
I've gone the past two years without brown sodas (I feel like sprites are OK) except a cherry coke or two when I eat at chick-fil-a (I know, bad.). Doin it for the dental health and not the physical health though.

pastas , rice and bread' don't eat fried foods and eat lots of veggies and fruits everyday. Only thing is I drink lots of coke zero and gatorade everyday. I also don't like eating out much. I enjoy cooking my own meals.
I hate burgers too. Pizza is a must though, but only non-greasy made from scratch ones. Fruits/V8 are my savior, can't stand most vegetables on their own. Gotta cut the Gatorade out unless it's after exercise, the amount of sugars and other solutes in it dehydrate you.
I go without coffee/energy drinks and have never smoked too. I gotta start jogging/hiking again though.
