Tobias and Taj are the only legit ones, Melo and Hibbert grew up in the DMV and Frye grew up in Arizona.

JR was a moron opting out of $6.5M guaranteed...
Only Klay & Steph made more threes than him after he was traded to CLE. He was easily the best three pointer shooter in the league outside of Golden State.
And he was even lights out in the playoffs until the Finals.
I'm a bit surprised that he's been overlooked.

Real estate in Jersey city is much cheaper and you get more space. Idk what else to say. You can just take the ferry or train in. Idk what else today fam.

Respect your point of view, but I'm going to still feel ok that I own a house that is "imaginarily" worth what it is because it's on the Westside of Los Angeles.
I mean, some of the richest people in the world got that way because of real estate. But it's not real.
