I'm saying Dame's ppg average should jump to around that this year (23-24 perhaps)

In the 5th year, who knows what will happen

I never said Dame couldn't average 24 ppg. I said he'd never reach prime Gil level, which was 28-29 ppg.

Yeah, I just read the Grizzlies, Thunder and Mavs have interest in him.

But he'll be buried on the Grizzlies and Thunder (I think they have 15 man rosters already too) and the Mavs don't stand much of a chance at making a deep run.

Nah, Barnes is here for the last year of his contract. Grizz seemed very excited about acquiring him, so I'm sure he's staying.

Teams can go over the 15 mark to at a max of 20 players I believe before preseason ends? So, a team could always put together a trade before then. Memphis does have 15 guaranteed contracts now after Beno, Russ Smith, Barnes and Jamychal Green were all guaranteed within the last few weeks.
