Karl sucks... Never witnessed a coach have the amount of talent he has yet consistently under perform.
Not to mention he consistently throws his players under the bus. From GP to Cassell, Ray, & Glen (probably deservingly) to Iverson to Melo, to Iggy. I would never want to play for him if i were in the league

Basically.
But everyone loves Boogie now, so they would rather have DMC averaging 24 & 12, and leading the Kings to 35 wins....than actually giving GK a chance and potentially making the playoffs.
I will say the Kings need to get something back for Boogie. Def a top 2 pick. Let's not act like the man is untradeable.

When he had talent. He won. 96 Sonics, 01 Bucks and 09 Nuggets.
Those other teams weren't stacked. Including the '13 Nuggets whom he won a lot of games with.
Look, in not saying the man is Greg Poppovich....but let's not act like he can't turn a franchise in the right direction.

No, the worst position is winning 35 games. Picking between 6-14 and missing out on the playoffs for 10 straight years.
Any sane franchise will take what the Nuggets have been for the past 10 years...over what the Kings have been.

We can agree to disagree i guess because I'd much rather try and build through mid to late lottery picks where at least you might hit a homerun or can potentially stock up assets for trades than be stuck in neutral.

SAC gets: Ty Lawson, Jeff Green, Faried, Kosta (S&T)
Make it happen.
Karl gets his old team back basically, Grizz get Rudy back, Denver gets Cousins and another lottery pick.
Denver gets the best player in the deal and get back a NG deal + VC has a NG deal after next season.
Grizz get back Rudy on a much better valued contract and a better backup PG in Collison.
SAC gets Karl's dream team + keep their lottery pick.

96 GP (best defensive guard in the league not named MJ) had to TELL HIM he was guarding him in the finals regardless of what he drew up. What happened to that 97 Sonic's team with all of the same players?
01 Bucks Cassell pulled that team together and got them there just like he did with KG & Spree Twolves
09 Nuggets Chauncey brought that team together and made them great. He also went on record stating Karl didn't draw up plays during crucial moments which drove him crazy.
