I would say Otto because he'll be starting this year but to avoid the homer pick I'll go with Wiggins. I think his game will evolve this season. Wolves will challenge for 8th spot but fall short.

Does Elfrid Payton count for having breakout 2nd year? I think he's going to have a tremendous year.

I take breakout year to mean something similar to Jimmy Butler last year. You don't have to be a AS or win a award but have a obvious undeniable improvement over last season.

LeBron James will join Team USA for their minicamp next week, but will not stay around for scrimmages due to commitments with his charitable foundation.

On Monday, the Northeast Ohio Media Group and other outlets reported that Team USA executive director Jerry Colangelo expected James in Las Vegas, when upwards of 30 NBA stars will gather Monday for meetings, shootarounds, and then a non-contact game for fans on Aug. 13.

Colangelo said of James: "One thing I need to find out: is he desirous, is he committed. I don't know that right now, and I need to find out at some point. An indicator will come next week when we see who shows up."
